Traveling with Service Animals

We welcome guests and their trained service animals aboard our aircraft. Trained service animals are different from emotional/comfort/psychiatric support animals in that they have been trained to perform a particular function, service or task to assist a guest with a disability in the management of their disability.

For more information and requirements regarding traveling with service animals, please view our Service Animal Help Page.

For more information and requirements regarding traveling with an emotional/psychiatric support animal, please view our Emotional/Comfort/Psychiatric Support Animals Help Page.

Traveling with Emotional/Comfort/Psychiatric Support Animals

Emotional support and psychiatric service animals are animals that provide comfort, affection and companionship to aid in emotional and/or psychiatric therapy. These animals are not Trained Service Animals, as they are not trained to perform a task and/or function to assist a guest with a psychological disability.
