Complete your purchase via MyTrips or confirmation email before your hold expires
1. Put your fare and seats on hold*
Once you've selected your flights, the Fare Hold options will display at the right side and the bottom of the Trip summary page. Click the “Hold this fare” link or button to purchase a hold on your seats and fare.
Fare Hold fees are nonrefundable and apply to each person on your reservation. Additional restrictions apply.
*Does not apply for First and Business Class fares
2. Purchase your Fare Hold
Once a hold is made, you may not change the flight or seat selected for the held trip. If you need to select a different flight, you will need to pay for a new hold. Please note Fare Hold may not be available for your new flight.
If you want to cancel your trip, you must do so before the hold expires. Please note that the cost to hold is nonrefundable.
The cost to hold your trip does not apply towards the ticket. If you don’t buy the ticket before the hold period ends, your ticket hold will be automatically cancelled.
3. Purchase your held reservation
To buy a held fare, retrieve the reservation in MyTrips before the hold expires to complete your purchase. Please reference the confirmation code and passenger last name to find your hold. You may also complete your purchase through the hold confirmation email.

Guests are not allowed to hold multiple reservations for the same flight or route and Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to cancel the guest’s held reservations. Main Cabin Basic fares can be held using Fare Hold but may not be eligible for advance seat selection without incurring additional fees. Main Cabin Basic guests may select a seat at check-in or be assigned a seat at the gate.
