We’re excited to introduce the beta version of the Hawaiian Airlines website. With a new look and completely redesigned user experience, booking a flight is even easier.  While in beta mode, here are a few things you should know:

  • Our main website, www.HawaiianAirlines.com, is still fully operational and available for you to use during the beta period of our new website.
  • We’ve improved our Online Help Center with more topics and information to help get your questions answered quickly.  Be sure to check it out!
  • Our Reservations Call Center is open and available to assist you with bookings, mileage inquiries or other questions.  For technical assistance or if you experience difficulty in completing your online transaction, our Web Support Team can help.  Just call 1-866-586-9419 and follow the prompts. 

Here are answers to common questions about our new beta website:

What is beta.HawaiianAirlines.com?

The beta launch of the new HawaiiainAirlines.com allows you to test drive our redesigned site, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback about your experience. While we have rigorously tested the site, you may encounter some bugs during this initial beta period. If you come across an error or something unclear, simply click on the blue “Feedback” button on the right side of the screen, and submit your comments and suggestions. Although we will not be able to respond to your feedback, be assured it is valuable to us in continuing to make the new HawaiianAirlines.com even better. During our beta, we’ll be rolling out new features and enhancements, so we appreciate your patience.

Can I book flights on the beta website?

Yes!  We would love for you to book a ticket using our new and improved booking interface. We’ve added some new features, including a different way of viewing fares through a monthly price graph or viewing available seats when choosing a flight.

Why the new design?

You gave us feedback on what would improve your online experience and we listened. We stripped away the clutter to give you a clean, intuitive design that makes booking your next trip even easier when on your computer or tablet. We know that sometimes change can be challenging, but we believe that our new site is an exciting step forward and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests.  

How do I access the beta website?

Click here on a tablet, laptop or desktop PC to visit beta.HawaiianAirlines.com.

What browsers are supported for the new site?

The new HawaiianAirlines.com is best viewed using the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome 32.0 or higher
  • Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
  • Firefox 30.0 or higher
  • Safari 5.0 or higher
  • Mobile Safari 6.0 or higher*
  • Android browser 4.0 or higher*

*You will be directed to our mobile website (m.hawaiianairlines.com) when browsing on your mobile phone. If you would like to visit our full website, please click the “View Full Website” button.

Note: HawaiianAirlines.com may not be compatible with beta version of browsers as well.

How do I return to the main home page?

Simply click on Hawaiian Airlines logo in the top left hand corner of the page. 

Can I return to the “classic” version of HawaiianAirlines.com?

Yes.  During our beta period, our existing website, www.HawaiianAirlines.com will still be accessible to you.  To get to the website, just click on the “Switch to classic HawaiianAirlines.com” link at the top of each page on the beta website.  Once the beta website is fully ready for prime time, we will be discontinuing the classic version of the website and the new HawaiianAirlines.com will be live.
