Travel Voucher Redemption

If you receive a travel voucher, it can be applied towards future Hawaiian Airlines flights. To redeem a Travel Voucher, please follow the step-by-step instructions listed below.

How to redeem your Travel Voucher

To use your Travel Voucher, you’ll first need to retrieve your voucher and pin numbers before visiting HawaiianAirlines.com to book your reservation. When you are ready to pay, you will see the option to apply your travel voucher information before completing your reservation.

To look up and use your Travel Voucher, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit TravelVouchers.HawaiianAirlines.com where you can enter either your:

• Guest and flight information from a previous flight, or
• Redemption code from a previously issued E-Travel Credit
• If your Travel Voucher includes a middle name, please input the middle name after the first name in the First Name field. The name on the Travel Voucher and the name entered here must match exactly

Step 2

Once the required information is entered, select “Lookup Voucher.” If a match is found, the applicable travel voucher will display and will include the following details:

• Travel Voucher number
• Pin number
• Expiration date
• Balance remaining

Note: Be sure to print, save or write down the voucher number and pin number, as you will need them shortly. For security, please be advised that your PIN number will be reset to a new unique number upon every successful lookup.

Step 3

Visit HawaiianAirlines.com to begin making a booking. When you reach the “Review & Pay” section, you’ll have the option to apply one or multiple Travel Vouchers towards the cost of your trip.

Please keep in mind the following when applying travel vouchers to your trip:

• You can use up to 3 Travel Vouchers per guest, provided that the Travel Vouchers cover the full cost of the trip for the named guest.
• You can also use Travel Vouchers for other travelers in your reservation, provided that the name on the Travel Voucher exactly matches the name of the passenger on the reservation.
• You will not be able to apply more than 9 travel vouchers to any single reservation.
• Travel Vouchers can only be applied to flight reservations denominated in USD
• A Travel Voucher can be used toward ticket fares and taxes, as well as the purchase of a Preferred or Extra Comfort seat. Travel Vouchers are not redeemable for the following: Trip Insurance, Car Rental, Hotels, Vacation Packages, Premier Club, Miles Maximizer, Gift Cards, Purchase Miles, cabin upgrades, and others. Step 4

If your travel voucher does not cover the full cost of your reservation, you will need to provide additional payment information. After your payment information has been added, click “Complete Purchase” to finish booking your reservation.

How to redeem a paper Travel Credit (Transportation Voucher) from airports

In the event you have a paper travel credit please follow these steps to redeem:

• Use a credit card to purchase a new, full-price reservation on HawaiianAirlines.com.
• Mail the original paper Travel Credit to the address below. Be sure to include the six-letter confirmation code for your new reservation. Registered or certified mail is recommended.

• The Travel Credit value will be refunded to your credit card within 3 weeks.

Note: Your Travel Credit must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure to be processed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen paper Travel Credits.
